The Machine Operator, Level 3, First Shift role is onsite in Willoughby Hills, OH. The stated pay range is $24.50–$34.30 per hour, with additional compensation through overtime. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Swagelok makes fluid system products used in industries including medical equipment, clean energy, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, and deep-sea exploration. This role operates, sets up, and troubleshoots machining equipment, including making adjustments to tooling, feeds, speeds, and part programs as required. It supports production quality and delivery by resolving process problems, maintaining equipment, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping train others.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machining equipment
• perform start-stop procedures and tooling and fixture adjustments
• inspect parts
• perform preventative maintenance
• modify speeds, feeds, and part programs as required
• diagnose program alarms
• correct setup, non-conformance, tooling, and machining problems
• report malfunctions and discrepancies
• and train others.
