The Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Bloomington, IN, part-time, at $17–$18 per hour. Independence Home Health provides in-home care that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. The aide provides hands-on support in clients’ homes, helping with daily activities, safety, and companionship while following individualized care plans and reporting health changes to supervising nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• support meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
• monitor and document health status and report changes to nursing staff
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow individualized care plans and home health protocols.
