Account Development Associate

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and conduct sales activities by phone, in person, and electronically
• respond to customer needs
• learn and sell company products and services
• enter sales orders and coordinate delivery or pickup
• prepare quotes and communicate pricing and availability
• support outside sales associates
• make outbound calls and follow up on quotes
• maintain product knowledge
• process customer payments and order-related administration
• conduct purposeful face-to-face sales calls and report summaries in the CRM
• identify customer needs and opportunities
• travel to assigned customers.
