What you'll do

• Prepare and operate screw machines for drilling, grinding, and machining
• read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and operation cards
• load materials and parts
• submit first-piece production for quality approval
• monitor production and machine performance
• adjust processes to improve output quality
• inspect and measure finished products
• clean and check machines
• coordinate chip-hopper unloading
• submit finished products for inspection
• record completed operations and dispose of scrap properly.
