Customer Success Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary post-sale client contact and proactively check in
• manage warranty claims and coordinate repairs and parts with production and installation
• track claims and resolution times
• plan and host client events, demos, and owner experiences
• represent Golfsheds at open houses and visits
• gather testimonials and referrals
• support retention and identify add-on, upgrade, and recurring-revenue opportunities
• build documented processes
• maintain client and service records
• coordinate across teams and report metrics to leadership.
