What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and hydration
• observe and report changes in health or behavior to the nursing team
• provide medication reminders and monitor for adverse reactions
• encourage participation in community activities
• maintain clean and safe living areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• respond to emergencies according to established procedures.

Why this role
