Job overview

The Direct Care Worker role is onsite in East Liverpool, OH, at client community group homes. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The role supports residents with daily living and personal care, while providing social and emotional support and reporting relevant patient-condition information to the House Manager. Direct Care Workers help residents with basic care and daily activities, maintain a clean and healthy environment, and report resident activity. The position involves independently managing between one and six group home residents per shift.
