Property Operations Technician

Job overview

The Property Operations Technician role is onsite in Dallas, GA, with pay of $24 per hour. The position supports 10 Federal’s self-storage facilities. The role exists to maintain facility operations and appearance through inspections, repairs, and service work. It also supports property readiness, contractor coordination, and time-sensitive auction and delinquency procedures.

What you'll do

• Drive between assigned properties
• inspect storage units
• perform repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
• complete manager-provided tasks
• oversee contractor activities
• prepare and clean out units for auction and dispose of abandoned goods
• maintain facility interiors, exteriors, and grounds
• handle monthly auctions and delinquency procedures
• coordinate customer needs with call center agents.
