What you'll do

• Provide personal care and activities-of-daily-living support under the care plan
• assist with transfers, ambulation, and therapy exercises as directed
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client health
• assist with errands and appointments
• provide companionship
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medication
• document services and report changes in client condition
• follow safety and confidentiality requirements.
