Talent Development Partner

What you'll do

• Collaborate on talent development strategy
• support workforce development and departmental learning initiatives
• manage program delivery, communications, evaluation, and refinement
• design curricula, learning paths, and individual learning plans
• assess program effectiveness and report outcomes
• manage project goals and timelines
• facilitate workshops and training
• monitor the Learning Management System and learner records.
