What you'll do
- Assist the Group Sales Coordinator with planning, documentation, and communications
- serve as the contact for group leaders when the coordinator is off
- prepare tickets, waivers, and materials
- welcome and check in groups
- track payments, documents, and guest lists
- sell lift tickets, lessons, rentals, and season passes
- operate the point-of-sale system
- provide resort information and recommendations.
