The Cold Food (Salad) Associate role is onsite at VALO Park in McLean, VA, with compensation of $18 per hour. Flik Hospitality Group’s foodservice team supports client and guest service through food preparation and hospitality. The associate prepares and serves salads, sandwiches, and other cold foods, following production standards for quality, temperature, and portions. The role also supports inventory replenishment, safe food storage, sanitation, and a clean preparation and serving area.

What you'll do

• Obtain daily production and preparation requirements from the Chef
• prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to approved standards
• stock and replenish deli and cold products
• store food using HACCP wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors
• follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements
• coordinate with coworkers on service, inventory, and cash-control procedures.
