The Journeyman is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility's advanced manufacturing equipment.

What you'll do

• Lead installation and repair of electrical systems
• diagnose CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems
• interpret electrical schematics
• ensure compliance with NFPA 70 (NEC) and OSHA
• support preventive maintenance
• mentor technicians
• coordinate outside contractors.
