What you'll do

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation
• draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• conduct legal research
• manage discovery
• prepare witnesses and participate in depositions
• assist with claim construction, expert discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals
• develop litigation strategy with clients.
