The Management Trainee — East Coast role is onsite in Miami, FL, with pay of $25 per hour. SwiftX’s one-year Operations Leadership Program develops future operations leaders through training, hands-on experience, and cross-functional rotations. The trainee rotates through warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and operational support. The program builds operational knowledge and leadership skills, with successful participants moving into leadership-track positions within the organization.

What you'll do

• Complete onboarding and warehouse operations training
• rotate through warehouse functions and locations
• participate in hub operations, dispatch coordination, and transportation activities
• support KPIs and daily operations
• rotate through pickup operations, data analysis, network planning, and transportation operations
• contribute to process improvement projects
• lead assigned projects and operational initiatives
• complete final evaluation and transition into a permanent role.
