Transportation Construction Inspector

What you'll do

• Observe and document daily construction activities
• inspect roadway, bridge, drainage, utility, pedestrian, paving, resurfacing, and safety improvement work
• verify compliance with plans and specifications
• sample and test materials as required
• measure quantities
• maintain project records
• review contractor submittals
• report non-compliance
• coordinate with project stakeholders.
