Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant works onsite in Lowell, MA. Compensation is up to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay. What you'll do

• Recognize safety hazards and take appropriate action
• organize and prioritize work
• replace, repair, and purchase items according to facility policy
• plan, implement, and document preventive maintenance
• maintain protection against weather and other hazards
• supervise outside contractors
• serve on call for emergencies and off-duty hours
• perform errands and assigned tasks
• maintain the building exterior and grounds in all weather.
