Description
Directly supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors within the assigned market. Accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. Manage, mentor, and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Oversee and facilitate talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors.
