What you'll do

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• explain procedures and collect specimens safely and accurately
• perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing under supervisor direction
• maintain required records and documentation
• complete daily activities accurately and on time
• maintain a safe and professional environment
• protect confidential patient information and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of phlebotomy experience, keyboard and data-entry experience, and phlebotomy certification from an accredited school. Medical assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are also listed as preferred.
