What you'll do

• Post receipts and monitor receivables
• prepare bank deposits
• process ACH transactions
• track investor and owner contributions
• prepare accounting upload templates
• research invoice workflow issues in Yardi
• assist with invoice entry and payment processing
• reconcile credit card statements and intercompany balances
• prepare intercompany job billings
• maintain records
• and assist with accounting projects.

Why this role
