Senior Team Lead — 3D Modeling & Virtual Simulation

The Senior Team Lead — 3D Modeling & Virtual Simulation role is onsite in Leavenworth, KS, with availability required for eight hours between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays and government facility closures. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the AUP VSR program.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day contract performance and serve as the operational point of contact
• coordinate requirements, schedules, and deliverables with government personnel
• provide technical direction for 3D modeling and virtual simulation
• support creation of 3D assets, environmental elements, models, and textures using Autodesk Maya and gaming software
• manage schedules and forecasts
• track progress and risks
• and ensure work aligns with contract requirements.
