What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and assistive-device use
• measure and document vital signs and observations
• assist with care-related housekeeping, laundry, linens, meal preparation, and feeding when needed
• provide companionship
• report changes and safety concerns
• follow care plans, infection-control procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
