Aftermarket Sales & Service Program Manager

The role spans service projects, parts orders, catalyst replacements, retrofits, outages, and other aftermarket initiatives.

What you'll do

• Coordinate projects from order entry through closeout
• maintain schedules, milestones, and action trackers
• monitor progress and communicate risks or changes
• facilitate internal reviews and track deliverables
• provide customer updates and coordinate documentation
• work with Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance
• coordinate materials, procurement, and delivery
• maintain project records and reports
• support field-service scheduling, process improvement, MSA implementation, budgets, billing milestones, warranty claims, and customer issue resolution
• travel up to 10%.
