What you'll do

• Answer multi-line phones
• maintain appointment schedules and screen emergencies
• greet clients, obtain patient weights, and take medical histories
• check clients out and process payments
• educate clients on vaccines, testing, and over-the-counter products
• respond empathetically to emergencies and euthanasia situations
• use the Cornerstone Veterinary system and office tools
• maintain the reception and waiting areas
• assist with pets and carry food as needed.
