The Grill Cook role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, with compensation of $20.50 per hour. CAVA’s Mediterranean-inspired food is intended to help guests eat well and feel good. The cook prepares consistent, high-quality food and helps create a positive guest experience by following recipes and food-safety procedures, maintaining an organized station, and supporting restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and procedures
• follow food-safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards
• restock and keep cook stations clean and organized
• put deliveries away
• cross-train across the restaurant
• stand or walk throughout the shift and may lift up to 50 pounds.
