• oversee panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, and boring machines
• plan production schedules
• monitor quality and address defects
• communicate expectations, safety, and training in English and Spanish
• coach and evaluate team members
• enforce safety policies
• track production metrics and lead continuous improvement
• coordinate maintenance and material flow
• maintain production records
• assist with hiring and onboarding.
