Job overview

The Installer is an onsite, full-time position based in Fort Worth, TX, with work at project sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Pay is $21–$26 per hour. Architectural Fabrication manufactures aluminum shade and architectural products for commercial construction. The role installs pre-manufactured products safely and efficiently at client sites. It contributes to project completion by following drawings and specifications, preparing materials, checking installation quality, and communicating site conditions and progress to project management.

What you'll do

• Install awnings, sunshades, and canopies according to drawings and specifications
• read blueprints and prepare materials
• report to DFW-area project sites
• operate scaffolding, ladders, elevated platforms, scissor lifts, and crane trucks
• perform post-production and post-installation quality checks
• communicate site conditions and project status
• work overtime and be available for overnight out-of-town work.
