Restoration Technician — Tampa Area

What you'll do

• Assess water, fire, and mold damage
• develop and implement restoration plans
• inspect for problems and safety compliance
• respond to work orders and prioritize by urgency
• perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• remove damaged materials
• clean and sanitize affected areas
• repair flooring, walls, and ceilings
• collaborate with team members
• document work and maintain project records.
