What you'll do

• Lead and support production supervisors and team members
• assign tasks and meet production targets and schedules
• coordinate workflows and ensure equipment and materials are available
• promote safety and food quality compliance
• lead continuous improvement and employee engagement
• evaluate performance and provide feedback
• resolve quality issues with quality control and engineering
• minimize defects and waste
• oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• maintain clean and compliant production areas
• report production performance
• ensure policy compliance
• contribute to plant-wide initiatives and the Plant Steering Team.
