Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries and order coordination
• understand project needs and communicate potential additional-value opportunities to sales
• prepare quotes and sales materials
• enter and track orders
• coordinate fulfillment and delivery schedules with trucking dispatch
• follow up on open quotes, orders, and deliveries
• maintain customer, sales, and order records in HubSpot CRM
• collaborate across sales, operations, production, trucking dispatch, and marketing.
