What you'll do

• Cut, trim, chop, and grind meat
• tray and wrap products for display
• maintain fresh product
• handle freight, organize coolers, and assist with ordering
• operate meat saws, grinders, and other equipment
• suggest products and assist with special orders
• follow food safety and sanitation requirements
• clean and sanitize preparation areas, tools, and equipment
• stock and rotate inventory.
