What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
• follow company guidelines and daily operating protocols
• encourage excellent guest service and food quality while following food safety requirements
• work with team members on sales growth initiatives
• review and improve the guest experience
• support identification and training of internal Shift Lead candidates
• assist with employee training
• respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and complaints and escalate concerns to the General Manager
• assist with analysis of operational and financial performance
• help identify trends and improvement actions
• monitor costs and adherence to budgets and goals
• comply with labor laws and regulations.
