What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance needs, work orders, and emergent situations
• inspect, test, and maintain facility equipment
• service campus support systems
• maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• perform routine electrical and plumbing maintenance, basic carpentry, and wall and floor repairs
• document work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and compliance
• support departments and off-site facilities as needed.

Why this role
