Line Cook

Job overview

The Line Cook role is onsite in McGregor, MN. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The cook supports food outlets at Minnesota National Golf Club & Resort, including the restaurant, banquet operations, snack bar, and beverage cart. The role prepares menu items using the Executive Chef’s recipes and helps keep kitchen operations organized and running smoothly. It includes completing prep and opening or closing checklists, maintaining food quality and sanitation, and supporting the Head Chef as needed.

What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing checklists and assigned prep-list duties
• prepare meats, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• store food properly
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• report equipment or food-quality problems
• support the Head Chef with kitchen scheduling and management as required
• follow safe work practices.
