The Landscape Crew Lead (Service Delivery Manager) role is onsite in Punta Gorda, FL, with regional travel 4–5 days per week and overnight travel as needed; travel expenses are covered. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. AQUALIS provides water-management services focused on maintaining, inspecting, and repairing stormwater and lift-station systems. The role helps lead watershed management technicians in maintaining stormwater infrastructure, documenting issues, and supporting service delivery. This work helps mitigate flooding and erosion and supports environmental compliance.

What you'll do

• Assist in leading a crew maintaining and improving storm drainage systems
• perform environmental maintenance
• operate landscaping equipment
• remove sediment, trash, and debris
• identify and document drainage issues needing repair
• maintain company equipment, including a pickup truck and trailer
• complete maintenance and inspection reports and track crew expenses
• coordinate team hotel arrangements when overnight travel is required
• attend regular safety training.
