The role also supports product understanding through technical guidance, lighting-code discussions, documentation, and ongoing product knowledge.

What you'll do

• Provide lighting product performance information to internal and external customers
• create computer lighting models and photometric analyses using eLUME, AGI32, and other resources
• discuss product specification data and lighting codes
• maintain paper and electronic records
• maintain knowledge of SESCO products and attend available product training
• assist customers by verbal and written communication
• read architectural and electrical drawings and develop fixture schedules.
