What you'll do

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan
• maintain timely follow-ups in the Prospect Management System
• conduct outreach with high call volumes
• engage prospective residents through phone calls, home visits, and tours
• grow lead base through referral networks
• participate in leadership meetings
• secure signed rental agreements and manage move-in documentation.
