Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, and scheduling
• support payroll and store cleanliness
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• maintain inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling, and store records
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent.
