• Develop profitable volume with existing and newly acquired carriers
• build carrier relationships and capacity for specific projects and lanes
• provide customer service
• support daily office coordination, including building loads, setting up carriers, updating and checking calls, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, and updating customer systems
• follow carrier qualification and shipment-matching procedures.
