Service Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Deploy technicians to customer work orders based on priority, skills, and routing
• monitor response times and communicate delays or service-level deviations. Coordinate technician and project scheduling, customer and internal communications, work-order administration, parts and subcontractor deployment, service-quality and financial KPIs, and technician training and administrative support.
