The role contributes to resident satisfaction through routine cleaning, grounds care, waste and recycling handling, minor repair support, and responsive service.

What you'll do

• Clean and detail common areas and maintain outdoor grounds
• assist with snow and ice removal and rain mats
• collect and dispose of trash and follow recycling procedures
• work with maintenance staff on minor repairs and service requests
• clean vacant units
• respond to resident inquiries
• cover front desk or concierge staff and deliver packages as needed
• follow workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
