What you'll do

• Supervise 12–15 production operators on assigned 12-hour rotating shifts
• maintain safe, compliant operations and production schedules
• address abnormal conditions and initiate corrective actions
• lead shift handoff meetings
• set and reinforce safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping expectations
• communicate with the Production Manager
• initiate SAP work notifications and participate in MOC activities and incident investigations
• maintain production records
• coach and develop employees
• coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Safety.

Why this role
