What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one emotional and behavioral support and maintain visual and auditory supervision
• adapt activities using accessibility tools and differentiated instruction
• support routines, transitions, self-care, hydration, and sensory breaks
• follow positive behavior strategies and any Behavior Intervention Plan
• collaborate with staff and leadership to track progress
• communicate with guardians and the Program Director
• encourage peer inclusion and assist with activity setup and cleanup.
