What you'll do

• Recruit families through personal and community networks
• explain charter school options available through Oakland Enrolls
• guide families through the common application, including account creation, school selection, requirements, and submission deadlines
• follow up on application completion
• conduct conversations in families’ primary languages whenever possible
• track referrals and outreach in CRM software
• staff community events, school fairs, Head Start presentations, and preschool visits
• answer questions and encourage applications.
