What you'll do

• Supervise approximately six AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
• evaluate performance and provide coaching and training
• monitor staff performance and certification progress
• oversee participant orientation and intake
• approve and monitor relapse-prevention and CBI action plans
• track participant progress
• and oversee ARMS documentation. Coordinate OMCP Mentors, support their certification work experience, verify internship hours, and collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institutions, and contracted staff. The posting notes occasional local travel.
