What you'll do

• Support EHR configuration and rollout with IT and the 2Life Opus team
• support volunteer scheduling, tracking, and event management
• administer dining and staff shift-tracking and point-of-sale software
• extract and synthesize EHR data for self-service reports
• train end users
• and develop departmental operations dashboards based on KPIs.
