What you'll do

• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
• supervise direct care staff
• observe and assess residents
• ensure appropriate documentation and notifications
• update the Director of Nursing daily
• make physician rounds, review orders and lab reports, and contact the pharmacy as needed
• address concerns and investigate reported situations
• review care plans and resident status
• promote Service Excellence.
