The Collision Auto Body Technician role is an onsite position located in Pearl, MS, with compensation ranging from $20 to $30 per hour. This role supports the repair facility team by ensuring high-quality vehicle restoration and customer satisfaction. The role exists to perform meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles while maintaining alignment with facility KPIs and representing the company as a brand ambassador.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan, plan repair work and prepare cost estimates, use tools like cutting guns and plasma cutters, hammer out dents, apply filler resins, realign chassis and frames, remove and replace damaged parts, weld and attach parts, and inspect vehicles after repair.
