What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• maintain backlogs, work items, and dashboards in Azure DevOps or similar systems
• create and refine DevOps cards and documentation
• track and report velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, and project status
• document decisions and action items
• investigate issues before escalation
• coordinate with the Development Manager and across teams
• support process improvement and dependency coordination.
