What you'll do

• Assess resident needs and implement rehabilitation programs.
• Perform skill training, cognitive remediation, and job coaching.
• Reinforce appropriate behavior in residential and community settings.
• Assist in planning and evaluating therapeutic programs.
• Prepare clinical documentation and transport individuals to community activities.
